Job summary

Proofpoint seeks a Partner Account Manager for the MSP Division with a focus on the New England and Mid Atlantic regions. The role centers on growing our MSP partner network, onboarding new partners, and driving partner-led revenue through strategic programs and events. Travel to partner sites and events will be required.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to achieve quarterly targets and strengthen Proofpoint's position in the MSP ecosystem across the USA.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional IT experience with complex IT solutions.
• Direct experience in partner account management or MSP channel sales is required.
• Proven ability to grow sales partners and distributors with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage a network of MSP partners and distributors in the USA.
• Onboard new partners and foster long-term, successful relationships.
• Organize and deliver partner training and promote the MSP program.
• Develop partner business plans and drive growth of MSP relationships.
• Represent Proofpoint at industry events and with partners.
