Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Partner Account Manager for the MSP Division in New England/Mid Atlantic to drive growth through MSPs across the USA. You’ll identify, recruit, and manage a network of MSP partners, deliver onboarding and training, and build partner business plans to hit revenue targets.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams, travel regularly, and represent Proofpoint at industry events to strengthen partner ecosystems and drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ professional experience in IT with complex solutions.
• Direct experience in partner account management or channel sales with MSPs is required.
• Strong communication skills for engagement with partners, customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage a network of MSP partners and distributors in the USA.
• Support onboarding of new partners and foster long-term relationships.
• Organize training for sales partners and promote the MSP partner program.
• Drive partner business plans and forecast to reach sales targets in Texas as noted in the posting.
