Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Program Coordinator, Managed Services (MSP) to support the day-to-day operations of our MSP program for K-12 district clients. You will perform data entry, submission processing, and routine tracking in the Trio VMS to keep placements accurate and on schedule.

This entry-to-mid-level role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in following defined processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of staffing experience supporting MSP clients; education/healthcare staffing preferred.
• Comfort learning and working within multiple operational systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process data changes (placements, extensions, terminations) within Trio accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain candidate, supplier, and job order records and ensure information stays current.
• Monitor assignment end dates and remind suppliers/district stakeholders of upcoming extensions or expirations.
