Job summary

Workwell North America in San Diego, CA, is hiring an Operations, Compliance & Implementation Specialist to support MSP programmes. You will work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence, compliance, reporting accuracy, and smooth implementation of new programmes and service enhancements.

The role blends operations, compliance, analytics, and process improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP, recruitment, workforce solutions, or vendor management.
• Experience supporting programme implementation, operations, analytics or process improvement.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of MSP programmes, ensuring service levels and KPIs.
• Act as a point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, resolving queries.
• Maintain accurate programme data, supplier records, and documentation.
• Support supplier engagement, performance monitoring, and programme participation.
• Assist with implementation of new MSP clients and service expansions.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, due diligence and system setup.
• Deliver training and guidance on processes and systems.
• Produce reports covering spend analytics, supplier performance, and metrics.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data integrity across VMS and reporting platforms.
• Manage compliance activities, audits, and insurance tracking.
• Maintain compliance calendars for audits and renewals.
• Conduct audits to identify and mitigate risk.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and process improvements.
• Drive standardisation of processes and best practices across MSPs.
