Job summary

New Charter Technologies is seeking a skilled System Administrator to support clients remotely and on-site in Westchester County and New York City. This role focuses on Windows Server, Office 365, networking, and cloud services.

You will work in a fast-growing MSP environment, mentoring junior staff and ensuring uptime. The position is on-site in White Plains, NY, with a typical 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM schedule and a competitive $80,000 salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server.
• Strong networking and system administration skills.
• Experience supporting MSP clients, remote and on-site.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to commute to White Plains, NY or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.
• Monitor and maintain client systems to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored IT solutions.
• Manage Windows Server environments and Windows 10 workstations.
• Administer Office 365 environments.
• Configure and support TCP/IP networking.
• Use ConnectWise and other RMM tools for monitoring.
• Assist cloud infra support in Azure and AWS.
• Document procedures and interactions in ticketing systems.
• Mentor junior staff and delegate tasks.
