ProTech IT Solutions in White Plains, NY, seeks an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support clients remotely and on-site. The role focuses on Windows Server, Office 365, network configurations, and cloud groundwork in Azure/AWS.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Windows Server experience, strong troubleshooting, and ability to work independently or in a team. On-site 8:30–5:30, benefits include health insurance and 401(k) matching.

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server.
• Strong networking and system administration skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Willing to relocate to White Plains, NY.

Mansioni

• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to clients.
• Proactively monitor and maintain client systems to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments and Windows 10 workstations.
• Administer Office 365 environments including user management and email configurations.
• Configure and support network protocols such as TCP/IP and ensure secure connectivity.
• Utilize RMM tools (ConnectWise) for system monitoring and management.
• Assist in cloud infrastructure support including Azure and AWS environments.
• Document technical procedures and client interactions in ticketing systems.
• Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior staff and delegating tasks effectively.
