Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of MSP experience.
• Strong Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Hands-on Intune, Defender, and Purview experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Onsite client visits in Ashburn/Loudoun County & Fairfax County area.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite support for Windows Servers & Windows OS.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
• Set up and support SonicWall network infrastructure.
• Manage DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP configurations.
