THE ROLE: We're hiring a IT Support Engineer for a growing MSP known for its strong technical team and collaborative culture. This company is advancing quickly and expanding their service offerings into AI Governance, Managed Compliance, and Cloud Services. This role is great for a tech who loves working with diverse technology and interacting with clients. As a IT Support Engineer, you will own escalated tickets across Microsoft environments, with a clear path to advance into project engineering or AI engineering.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and onsite support for Windows Servers & Windows OS
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Purview
• Set up and support SonicWall network infrastructure

Experience Required:

• 3-5+ years of MSP experience
