Job summary

AllSector Technology is seeking enthusiastic IT professionals for Level 1 or Level 2 MSP Engineer roles. You will deliver remote help desk support and scheduled on‑site client assistance, while also assisting senior engineers on complex projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations and infrastructure upgrades.

You will gain hands‑on experience with modern cloud platforms, security tools, and AI automation, while balancing collaboration with independent prioritization and strong documentation.

• Proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem‑solving.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently and in a team.
• High standards for accountability and quality documentation.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to MSP clients.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop/server, hardware, apps, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure/Intune services.
• Manage user accounts and access in AD/Entra ID.
• Resolve networking, VPN, Wi‑Fi, firewall, and connectivity issues.
• Use RMM and monitoring tools to preempt issues and document tickets.
• Communicate ticket status clearly to customers.
• Document activities in IT Glue and ConnectWise tickets.
• Assist senior engineers with client projects and migrations.
• Contribute to internal automation and AI initiatives.
