Job summary

NerdsToGo is looking for an IT Service Professional to join our rapidly growing MSP-focused team. You will provide outsourced IT support for small businesses, addressing cyber security, data loss prevention, and Microsoft/Google Suite efficiency, and will act as their remote helpdesk and occasional on-site technician.

You will manage 10+ client needs daily, maintain a high standard of white-glove service, and bring strong Windows and Mac experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience supporting Windows OS (Win 7–11) and Mac hardware.
• Ability to provide patient, clear guidance to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outsourced IT for SMBs, focusing on cyber security and data loss prevention.
• Serve as remote helpdesk and occasional on-site technician.
• Utilize Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Maintain quick response and follow-up on complex issues.
• Assist MSP marketing efforts and help secure new clients.
• Daily management of 10+ client requests and issues.
