Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Experience coordinating IT support, service delivery, or technical projects.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and multitask ability.
• Experience handling multiple customers in a fast-paced setting.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating vendors, equipment, licensing, or subscriptions.
• Solid understanding of IT operations and helpdesk workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate helpdesk operations and assist with service delivery activities.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and vendors.
• Coordinate technology projects, deployments, and client initiatives.
• Schedule resources and track project milestones and timelines.
• Manage hardware procurement, equipment logistics, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain software licensing, subscription renewals, and asset records.
• Assist with client onboarding and implementation activities.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Participate in client meetings and help identify opportunities for additional services.
• Support billing accuracy through license, inventory, and account tracking.
• Coordinate field technicians and external vendors as needed.
