Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst, External Workforce & MSP to manage day-to-day governance of the external workforce program in Plano, TX. You will oversee intake, requisition support, onboarding, amendments, and invoicing, ensuring accurate reporting and risk management.

The role requires 5+ years in MSP or related fields, strong Excel/data skills, and the ability to lead audits, optimize staffing models, and drive automation with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting MSP programs, Workforce Management, Vendor Management, or related operations.
• Experience in MSP environments and contingent labor management.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, scorecards, or workforce analytics.
• Strong documentation and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, with travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational lead for MSP/external workforce processes.
• Lead audits, data validation, lifecycle controls, and compliance.
• Drive classification reviews, supplier coordination, and lifecycle governance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to adopt approved processes.
• Lead automation and technology initiatives for external workforce ops.
• Develop SOPs, dashboards, and program insights for leadership.
