Are you a proven closer ready to capitalize on warm, qualified leads — and then crush quota by leveraging your own network?

We’re seeking a high-performing B2B Account Executive with a track record of success in the MSP or IT services space, or a similar industry, to join our growing team in Wheaton, IL. You’ll work directly with pre-qualified leads — no cold prospecting — and will be expected to drive full-cycle sales with small to mid-sized businesses (15–200 users) in the greater Chicago area. Top performers can exceed $120,000+ annually, with significant upside for surpassing goals.

What You’ll Do:

Close business from inbound, qualified leads (provided to you)

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients

Leverage your own rolodex and network to grow beyond your quota

Own the full sales cycle — from consultative discovery to close

Collaborate closely with leadership and the technical delivery team to ensure client satisfaction

Travel locally to meet with prospective clients face-to-face when needed

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of B2B sales success, preferably in managed IT services, SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions

Deep familiarity with the Chicago small business landscape (especially those with 15–200 computer user-sized companies)

A strong personal network in the market that can be activated to generate referrals and accelerate deal flow

Proven ability to meet and exceed quota — you’ve got numbers and stories to back it up

Confidence in running consultative sales conversations with C-level decision makers and business owners

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven culture

What We Offer:

$70,000 base salary

$30K+ in achievable commissions at quota
