Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Schedule: On-site | Preferred hours: 6AM–3PM or 7AM–4PM

We’re looking for a IT System Administrator to join a fast-moving IT team supporting a 1,500+ user enterprise environment. This on-site role is ideal for someone with solid L2 experience who’s eager to grow into a senior systems role. You’ll be hands-on with critical infrastructure projects, supporting data centers, cloud environments, and enterprise systems that power large-scale operations in industries like healthcare, construction, and logistics.

What You’ll Do:

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Support and improve infrastructure for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Contribute to security, system backups, and disaster recovery efforts
• Assist with IT projects including system upgrades, integrations, and automation
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support to reduce downtime and improve user experience
• Maintain documentation and contribute to scripting/automation initiatives
• Engage in training and mentorship to advance into a Senior System Administrator role

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Exposure to VMware or Hyper-V, and basic cloud knowledge (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or similar preferred
• Understanding of networking concepts: LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced, enterprise IT environment
