Qualifikationen

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in NJ.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to nursing courses and clinical experiences taught.
• Experience with clinical evaluation and competency-based education (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students.
• Deliver clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute sites.
• Create a positive learning environment and evaluate student performance.
• Prepare accurate progress and grade reports on a timely basis.
• Attend faculty meetings and participate in program/campus activities.
