Qualifications

• MSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent professional RN experience.
• Clinical experience relevant to nursing courses and clinical experiences taught.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN nursing students as assigned.
• Provide clinical instruction at long‑term care, sub‑acute, and acute clinical sites.
• Create a positive learning environment supporting academic growth and professional development.
• Deliver instruction appropriate to the educational level and needs of LPN/PN and RN students.
• Supervise students in clinical settings and promote safe, professional nursing practice.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence per program standards.
• Implement evaluation methods to measure learning progress and competency.
• Prepare accurate and timely student progress and grade reports.
• Maintain attendance records and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Stay current in nursing specialty and clinical practice.
• Attend faculty meetings and trainings; contribute to campus activities.
• Maintain qualifications through continuing education and coursework.
• Collaborate with faculty, administration, clinical partners, and colleagues.
