Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to engage with Key Opinion Leaders and Healthcare Professionals, delivering fair, balanced scientific information and education on our products. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and developing strong scientific relationships to advance medical practice.

Ideal candidates hold an MD/PhD/PharmD/NP/PA and have 3+ years of MSL experience, preferably in oncology or related fields.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industry experience as a Medical Science Liaison.
• Oncology disease experience is highly preferred.
• Infectious Disease, Immunology, or Rare Disease experience preferred.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen and ability to translate complex data.

Responsibilities

• Provide fair-balanced, scientific information and product education to KOLs and HCPs in compliance with policies.
• Be a medical and subject area expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders and understand clinical practices related to areas of interest for our client.
• Integrate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer needs.
• Support Medical Affairs strategies via a customer-centric engagement plan.
• Maintain knowledge base through continuous learning of related literature.
