Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison in the United States to confer with internal stakeholders and build collaborations with medical and scientific leaders. You will provide fair, balanced scientific information and product education to Key Contacts in compliance with policies.

The role requires an advanced medical degree and at least 2 years of MSL experience, with potential focus areas including PAH or cardiopulmonary.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific and medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).
• 2+ years of MSL experience.
• Experience in PAH, cardiopulmonary, or other specialty therapeutic areas preferred.
• Strong scientific & clinical acumen.
• Ability to quickly understand and translate complex scientific data to clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, informative, fair-balanced and compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from Key Contacts.
• Act as medical and subject area expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders while understanding clinical practice related to areas of interest for our client.
• Integrate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer needs.
• Participate in development of a customer-centric tactical engagement plan to support Medical Affair strategies.
• Maintain scientific knowledge base through continuous learning and awareness of related literature.
• Collaborate with field-based Medical and Commercial colleagues to share Medical insights.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries from HCPs/investigators and healthcare systems integrating real-world evidence.
