Syneos Health seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to engage with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals, providing scientific data and education in oncology and related fields. Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, PA).
• 3+ years of industry experience as a Medical Science Liaison.
• Oncology experience preferred; Infectious Disease/Immunology/Rare Disease experience advantageous.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen; ability to translate data into clinical practice.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, informative, fair-balanced and compliant scientific responses to medical information requests from KOLs and HCPs.
• Serve as medical and subject-matter expert to internal and external stakeholders.
• Cultivate and maintain scientific relationships with stakeholders and understand clinical practice implications.
• Integrate scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer needs.
• Develop a customer-centric tactical engagement plan to support Medical Affairs strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge and literature to enable meaningful exchanges.
• Collaborate with field-based medical colleagues and Commercial to share insights.
• Leverage standards of care knowledge and trial data to facilitate external-internal research communication.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries from HCPs/investigators/health systems with evidence-based information.
