Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for Cardiovascular Metabolic in the United States. In this field-based role, you will engage with cardiometabolic leaders and healthcare decision-makers to communicate and advance Amgen’s scientific platform in line with organizational goals.

You will educate on clinical value, outcomes, and economic data to payers, providers, and key partners, supporting formulary discussions and insights with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years in Medical Affairs or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Medical Affairs or related field.

Responsibilities

• Interact with cardiometabolic opinion leaders and healthcare decision-makers to communicate and advance the scientific platform.
• Educate payers, providers, and key partners on clinical value, outcomes, and economic data.
• Provide clinical and economic support to payers, IDNs, and formulary committees and share insights on value evidence and payer policy.
