Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on Cardiometabolic in the United States, covering Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire. This field-based role engages with cardiometabolic thought leaders and healthcare decision-makers to advance Amgen's scientific platform and goals.

You will educate on clinical and economic data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to local outreach plans while supporting investigators and payer interactions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required.
• Master's with 3+ years Medical Affairs experience.
• Bachelor's with 5 years Medical Affairs experience.
• Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D., or D.O. preferred.
• Cardio-metabolic expertise preferred.
• Experience in clinical practice or research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with healthcare partners to educate and communicate clinical and economic data.
• Provide field observations and insights to internal collaborators.
• Develop and implement local OL plans aligned with SEP.
• Lead and support congress activities and project teams.
• Support speaker training and investigator-sponsored studies.
• Interact with payers, IDNs, and formulary committees with value data.
