Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a Patient Services Manager to coordinate and direct daily scheduling activities for in-house and outside tests and treatments, including obtaining necessary authorizations.

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred: Associates Degree, Medical Terminology or Health Care Management. Required: three (3) years’ experience in Patient Access, Billing, Cash Collections, Insurance and/or Pre-certification in a hospital.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associates Degree or Health Care Management is preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in Patient Access, Billing, Cash Collections, Insurance and/or Pre-certification in a hospital setting is required.
• No certification/license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct daily scheduling activities for in-house and outside patient tests and treatments, including obtaining needed authorizations.

Qualifications

Required Education:
