Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Physician Practice Representative to serve as the first point of contact in our Panama City Beach clinic. The role involves checking patients in and out, scheduling follow-ups, and handling data entry and basic billing tasks.

This full-time or flexible position is based in Panama City Beach, FL, and reports to the Clinic Manager. Prior Medical Assistant training is preferred but not strictly required if you meet the education criteria.

Qualifications

Required Education:

High school diploma (or equivalent) and successful completion of a Medical Assistant training course at a vocational/technical school.

Successful completion of a Medical Assistant externship and two (2) or more years of job-related experience preferred.
