Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute strategic territory plans in Virginia/Chester. You will engage physicians, HCPs, infusion centers, and clinics with evidence-based messaging on MS therapies, biosimilars, and buy-and-bill dynamics.

This role emphasizes data-driven planning, compliant selling, and strong relationship management. Excellent communication, analytical skills, and a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience with quota attainment.
• 3+ years of direct MS sales experience in the MS clinical landscape.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic territory plan delivering compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, infusion center staff, and clinic personnel.
• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted providers to expand product reach and patient access.
• Engage KOLs and maintain account coverage to meet interaction targets and reach metrics.
• Develop data-driven territory plans by analyzing sales analytics and prescribing trends to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Navigate distribution channels and clinical workflows partnering with practice managers and infusion centers to support access.
• Maintain CRM records, call reports, and sample tracking in line with policies and regulatory standards.
