Qualifications

  • Five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for MS Marketing cohorts, including degree plans, transcript verifications, registration, and graduation processing.
  • Oversee admissions workflows, recruitment events, and budget management with the Director; utilize official systems.
  • Serve as primary academic advisor for MS Marketing students across all cohorts; monitor enrollment and resolve issues with Director approval.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person recruitment events and info sessions; represent the program at graduate school fairs and recruiting events across Texas.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution for program events, vendor management, and development of professional workshops.
  • Design collateral, update web content, and manage program-specific social media with student worker support.
