Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in higher education, program management or related role.
• Experience helping students navigate degree requirements for graduation.
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent event planning and project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with academic partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee degree and curriculum requirements and manage schedule changes.
• Collaborate to create co-curricular programming and events for MSM program.
• Coordinate final exam scheduling and course instructor surveys.
• Ensure excellent student experience in the program.
• Develop and maintain the MSM student handbook with the Graduate Studies Committee.
• Plan and execute large events like Orientation and Graduation.
• Collaborate with campus offices to support student success.
• Advise students on degree progress, resources, policies, deadlines; onboard new students.
• Track and report student data to internal and external offices.
