Job summary

Texas A&M Engineering is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Recruiting & Business Development to lead strategic outreach to prospective students and partner organizations. The role combines recruiting leadership with program development across professional courses and events.

You will build relationships with industry leaders, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and collaborate with the Engineering Technology department to promote high-quality learning opportunities while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six years of related experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and work across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-level meetings with decision-makers at target organizations.
• Develop and deploy recruiting and professional development initiatives.
• Manage CRM for campaign creation, lead tracking, and reporting.
• Support admissions and program development for METM.
