  • Design collateral, update web content, and manage program-specific social media with student worker support.

These can be uploaded on the application under CV/Resume. **Qualifications****Required Education and Experience*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Five years of related experience.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in event management, project management, and program management.* TAMU experience.* Experience with board management and dealings with various stakeholders.* Compass experience.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*** Strong organizational skills.* Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.* Strategic and solution-focused mindset.* Data-driven decision-making skills.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.* Dependable, reliable, and accountable.* Strong professional presentation and interpersonal skills. **Opportunities to Contribute****Program Administration & Operations*** Manage day-to-day operations and administrative procedures for MS Marketing cohorts, including degree plans, transcript verifications, registration, and graduation processing.* Assist the Director with strategic planning, long- and short-term goal setting, and compiling reporting data for accreditation, ranking bodies, and career outcomes.* Oversee program purchasing activities and manage student recruitment and event budgets in coordination with the Business Administrator; utilize financial systems (e.g., Emburse).* Maintain standard operating procedures and build comprehensive \"How-To\" reference guides for program workflows.* Supervise, delegate tasks to, and mentor student workers. **Student Recruitment & Admissions*** Plan and execute virtual and in-person recruitment events and info sessions to expand program awareness.* Represent the MS Marketing Program at graduate school fairs and recruiting events across Texas A&M and target universities.* Manage end-to-end admissions workflows: process applications, issue admissions decisions, and maintain data integrity within admissions software.* Serve on the Program Scholarship Committee to assist the MS Marketing Program Director with scholarship allocations, change requests, and scholarship awarding. **Academic Advising, Scheduling & Career Support*** Serve as primary academic advisor for MS Marketing students across all cohorts; resolve registration errors, monitor course enrollment, and manage override requests with Director approval.* Collaborate with the Director to identify, cultivate, and promote employment and internship opportunities for students.* Build and maintain ongoing relationships with prospective students, current cohorts, and former students. **Event Management & Student Development*** Lead end-to-end planning and execution for program events, including but not limited to Advisory Board Meetings, Executive Speaker Session, New Student Orientation/Howdy Week, Summer Site Visits, and Program Tailgate (vendor logistics, rentals, catering, setup/teardown).* Manage allocated budgets and vendor relationships for each event.* Develop and facilitate professional development workshops and experiential learning opportunities to enhance student career readiness. **Marketing & Departmental Support*** Support broader departmental initiatives and strategic goals under the direction of the Director and Department Head.* Design creative collateral, update web content, and manage program-specific social media presence with assistance from the MS Marketing Student Worker.**Who We Are** **Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School** is a vibrant learning organization of more than 175 faculty members, 125 staff members, and 6,400 undergraduate and graduate students in accounting, finance, management, management information systems, marketing, and supply chain management.
