Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi seeks an Academic Success Coordinator to advise MBA and MAcc students, assist with admissions, and support graduation processing. The role sits in the College of Business and serves as the point of contact for prospective and current students.

The position requires a bachelor’s in business, 2 years’ related experience, and proficiency with MS Office. A preferred MBA or Master of Accountancy is noted; salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Two (2) years of related experience; substitution options include an Associate’s degree with four years of experience or Master’s degree.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Preferred MBA or Master of Accountancy. Knowledge of graduate programs admissions and curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Advise MBA and MAcc students and assist with course selection.
• Assist prospective students with the application process.
• Review and clear graduate students for graduation.
