Milton Hershey School is seeking a Middle School Girls' Volleyball Head Coach for a one-year ancillary position. The role leads the program year-round, with practices after school and games throughout the season from March through May.

Stipend ranges from $4,409 to $5,731 per season, depending on experience, and off-season work is flexible. Responsibilities include planning, recruiting, and developing talent, as well as coaching at all practices and games to foster athletic growth and character.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience coaching volleyball and leading programs.
• Ability to recruit and develop student-athletes; build competitive programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all aspects of the girls' volleyball team.
• Ensure the program is competitive and character-building.
• Recruit students and coordinate with divisions to develop talent pipelines.
• Establish year-round coaching strategies and skill development.
• Lead practices and coach at games and events; provide personal mentoring.
