Veriipro is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer in Boise, Idaho, to customize, extend, and integrate Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions. The role focuses on plugins, workflows, APIs, business process flows, and enterprise integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Dataverse.

You will implement CRM security models, deploy solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM systems across enterprise environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and CRM architecture.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Dataverse.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications based on business requirements.
• Develop and implement custom plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and business process flows.
• Build and extend CRM functionality using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dataverse entities, tables, relationships, and business logic.
• Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries and database-related solutions supporting CRM applications.
• Work with Power Platform components to extend business application capabilities.
• Implement CRM security models, access controls, and role-based permissions.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform performance optimization, and support application releases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Microsoft Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience customizing, extending, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including developing plugins, workflows, custom APIs, business process flows, and enterprise integrations.

The role requires a strong understanding of CRM architecture, Dataverse, application security, and deployment models, along with the ability to integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications and cloud-based platforms.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript for Dynamics 365 customizations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and business process flows.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, security models, and deployment methodologies.
• Experience with SQL Server and relational database concepts.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Integration Services.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with SAP ERP and other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and supply chain management platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
• Experience working in global, enterprise-scale, and matrixed organizational environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise application integration patterns and cloud-based architecture.
