Job summary

You will oversee a team of engineers, develop simulation architectures, integrate MS&A with flight software, and drive best practices across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in STEM field.
• Master's degree with 6 years of experience or PhD with 4 years.
• Experience in RF Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A).

Responsibilities

• Lead MS&A team and manage engineers across programs.
• Develop and integrate large-scale simulation architectures.
• Provide engineering staffing, performance management and career development.
• Maintain engineering processes and drive continuous improvement.
