The role emphasizes MBSE leadership, systems engineering, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, reporting to the Mission Modeling Department manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering/technical discipline with relevant experience.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decomposition, and systems engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 15-20 engineer group with 20% functional duties and 80% program work.
• Oversee system engineering, MBSE, requirements, architecture, and verification.
• Guide modeling and simulation activities using MBSE tools and mission models.
• Manage staffing, performance reviews, and organizational processes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet staffing goals.
