Job summary

NextGen Federal Systems seeks a Chief Modeling, Simulation and Analysis (MS&A) Engineer to lead our MS&A efforts for missile, space, and defense programs. You will define technical strategy, architecture, and analytical approaches, guiding multidisciplinary teams of systems, modeling, software engineers, and mission analysts.

You will develop roadmaps, perform trade studies, Monte Carlo analyses, and DOE to evaluate architectures and mission concepts, while ensuring credible, repeatable results

Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 10+ years of systems engineering or mission engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical teams performing missile, space, IAMD, or weapon-system modeling and analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and execute system- and mission-level simulations to support decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for Government leadership audiences.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, architecture, and analytical approach for MS&A activities.
• Provide technical leadership to diverse teams of engineers and mission analysts.
• Develop roadmaps and MS&A priorities based on objectives and requirements.
• Present results and recommendations to Government customers and program leadership.
• Establish MS&A best practices, workflows, and analytics tools.
