Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with 5+ years of experience, or higher degrees with proportionate experience.
• Experience in RF Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A).
• Strong leadership experience; ability to manage engineers/IPTs and drive staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of MS&A engineers and provide engineering staffing to programs.
• Develop and apply MS&A capabilities across multiple programs; drive tech roadmaps.
• Mentor senior and junior staff; ensure quality engineering processes and governance.
