Job summary

CBRE in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead a team responsible for warehouse operations. This role is fully onsite Monday–Friday with core hours about 7am–4pm and requires availability to respond to questions 24/7/365.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, safeguard operations, optimize layouts, and oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution while mentoring the team to enhance efficiency and align with CBRE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, combination of Experience And Education Will Be considered.
• Certified Forklift Operating license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities and schedules.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents with security procedures.
• Maintain warehouse layout design and equipment readiness.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
