Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Certified forklift operating license required.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
• Leadership skills to motivate team and impact quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills for percentages and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules and tasks; cross-train staff.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures.
• Maintain warehouse layout and physical condition; implement new designs.
• Inspect equipment and issue work orders for repairs.
• Control inventory with regular counts and data entry into systems.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations and enforce policies.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues in systems and processes.
