Job summary

Ingenium Talent in Louisville, KY is seeking an MRO Specialist to own the maintenance, repair and operations program and drive improvements in inventory management, storeroom performance and reliability. You will coordinate CMMS/ERP data, set reorder points, lead times and stocking levels, and partner with Reliability Engineering to optimize critical spares.

This role also supports BOM development and supplier management with hands-on impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with MRO, storeroom management, and CMMS/ERP systems.
• Strong inventory control and material-purchasing knowledge.
• Ability to develop BOMs and optimize spare part strategies.

Responsibilities

MRO Specialist – Louisville, KY | $89K–$100K + Bonus Potential

A Louisville-based manufacturing organization is looking for an MRO Specialist to take ownership of its Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) program and help improve inventory management, storeroom performance and maintenance reliability.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands that effective MRO is about more than simply ordering parts—it’s about having the right parts, in the right quantities, available when maintenance needs them.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Develop and optimize MRO inventory and critical-spares strategies
