Job summary

Ingenium Talent in Louisville, KY is seeking an MRO Specialist to own the maintenance, repair and operations program and drive improvements in inventory management, storeroom performance and reliability. You will coordinate CMMS/ERP data, set reorder points, lead times and stocking levels, and partner with Reliability Engineering to optimize critical spares.

This role also supports BOM development and supplier management with hands-on impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with MRO, storeroom management, and CMMS/ERP systems.
• Strong inventory control and material-purchasing knowledge.
• Ability to develop BOMs and optimize spare part strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize MRO inventory and critical-spares strategies.
• Improve storeroom layout, organization, 5S and inventory accuracy.
• Manage CMMS/ERP data, including parts, costing and material transactions.
• Establish reorder points, stocking levels and lead-time strategies.
• Partner with Reliability Engineering to identify critical components.
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) for critical equipment.
• Manage vendors and obtain pricing and availability for parts/services.
• Lead cycle counting and physical inventory programs.
• Help improve overall MRO processes, efficiency and maintenance support.
