Campbell's is seeking a MRO Purchaser to coordinate SAP inventory, purchasing and expediting parts for the Engineering & Maintenance teams. You will manage purchase orders, vendor communications, and inventory control to support manufacturing operations.

This full-time role reports to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager and requires 3+ years in purchasing or supply chain, with a high school diploma/GED.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years purchasing, manufacturing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience with SAP purchasing processes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Purchasing: Creates purchase orders in SAP for MRO, capital projects, and contracts.
• Obtains price quotations from vendors for MRO supplies, services and materials.
• Coordinates invoices and documentation for Work Orders files.
• Maintains hard copy and electronic files for purchasing activities.
• Resolves invoice discrepancies and freight charge accruals.
• Develops vendor blanket purchase orders and updates annually or as needed.
• Orders general supplies for Engineering and Maintenance and plant needs as needed.
• Performs inventory management and cycle counting; reviews historical data for re-orders.
• Generates SAP reports on stock replenishment, usage, value analysis and delinquencies.
• Collaborates with vendors to stock and maintain shop inventory.

How You Will Make History Here...

The MRO Purchaser (under the supervision of the Engineering & Maintenance Manager) is responsible for coordinating SAP inventory, purchasing/expediting parts, MRO supplies, outside service, contract coordination and generating purchase orders

What you will do..

• Purchasing
• Creates purchase orders in SAP for: MRO/miscellaneous supplies, capital projects, contract purchases
• Obtains price quotations from prospective vendors for MRO supplies, services and miscellaneous materials.
• Coordinates invoices from vendors and prepares proper documentation associated with Work Order files.
• Establishes and maintains hard copy and electronic files for purchasing activities
• Responsible for resolving invoice discrepancies, vendor generated credit follow-ups and freight charge accruals
• Develops vendor blanket purchase orders, updating them annually or "as needed" basis.
• Orders general supplies for Engineering and Maintenance Department as well as various plant needs on an "as needed" basis.
• Inventory management
• Compares available inventory of each part or piece of equipment with its specified re-ordering point
• Reviews of historical data on equipment parts and re-orders as necessary
• Evaluates repair/replace options
• Coordinates cycle counting and physical inventory of storeroom
• Generates various SAP reports including stock replenishment, inventory usage, value analysis, parts allocation, and delinquent purchase orders.
• Works closely with vendors on stocking and maintaining shop inventory
• Reconcile invoices and quarterly inventories
• Tracks usage for annual pricing negotiations
• Works closely with vendors to control cost and maintain consistent consignment inventory
• Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by the Engineering and Maintenance Manager.

What You Will Bring To The Table... (Must Have)

• High school diploma/GED required
• 3+ years of purchasing experience, manufacturing experience or supply chain experience

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

• Associate’s degree in business, information system, or a related field
• 5+ years of food manufacturing experience

Compensation And Benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $60,500-$83,200. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
