Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking an MRO Supervisor to oversee inventory management, procurement, and invoice processing in a manufacturing environment. You will lead MRO staff, drive accuracy, and foster continuous improvement across supply and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, supplier management (including vendor-managed programs), and collaborating with Maintenance and Operations to ensure parts availability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in materials/logistics management, accounting, or business is required.
• DOT Hazmat Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MRO inventory management and cycle count programs.
• Coordinate procurement of MRO materials and services.
• Process invoices and manage supplier relationships.
• Lead and develop MRO staff, ensuring accountability and process compliance.
• Monitor inventory assets to minimize write-offs and costs.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, and stakeholders to ensure parts availability.
