Responsibilities

Supervises the daily activities of assigned staff to ensure proper inventory levels and productivity objectives.
Processes and expedites purchase orders to meet material requirements.
Coordinates with vendors to discuss pricing and product quality and to resolve issues.
Communicates with employees to ensure compliance with inventory procedures and safety policies.
Investigates raw materials pricing to forecast pricing on a quarterly basis.
Participates in meetings and teams to improve communication and procedures.
