Job summary

ADM Velva, ND seeks an Inventory/Warehouse Specialist to manage maintenance-related inventory, storage, and MRO materials across the plant. You will coordinate receipts, issues, cycle counts, and vendor shipments while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in industrial warehouses, strong organizational skills, and experience with CMMS/ERP systems. This role requires on-site work in Velva, ND and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of warehouse, inventory control, or storeroom maintenance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Proficiency with computerized inventory systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, parts catalogs, and purchase documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts, consumables, tools, and critical components.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and generate replenishment requests.
• Identify obsolete, excess, or damaged inventory and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, and tracking of warehouse materials.
• Maintain computerized inventory records using CMMS/ERP systems.
