Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC is seeking a dedicated MRO Storeroom Clerk to manage inventory, process receipts and issuances, and maintain accurate CMMS records. The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

You will handle purchasing, cycles counts, and reporting KPIs related to inventory accuracy, stockouts, and turnover, while ensuring safety and compliance in a controlled storage environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, a stockroom or in a similar logistics/manufacturing position is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with inventory management software or CMMS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of MRO items and ensure accessibility for maintenance teams.
• Perform daily/weekly/annual cycle counts and reconcile with CMMS.
• Receive, inspect, and stock MRO parts and supplies.
• Issue parts, tools, and supplies to maintenance staff and record transactions.
• Monitor stock levels, place purchase orders, and expediteto ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain records of inventory movements and related documentation.
• Uphold safety standards and keep storeroom organized and clean.
