You will process purchase orders, track deliveries, set up vendors in the ERP (JD Edwards), and handle receiving, storage, and issuance of tools and equipment.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the point of contact with vendors to order, receive, and pay for parts and supplies.
• Process and verify purchase orders for accuracy against documents.
• Monitor delivery dates and coordinate vendor and internal teams.
• Set up new vendors in ERP.
• Receive, stock, and issue hand-tools, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure raw materials are routed to QA for specification review.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory lists and generate reports.
• Ensure materials are correctly stored in the right locations.
• Assist in safety training and maintain SDS books.
• Perform other tasks as directed.
