Job summary

American SpiralWeld Pipe Company, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented inventory and maintenance support specialist. You will receive, store, issue, and track tools, materials, and equipment; maintain accurate records and spares lists; and assist with procurement and maintenance planning across departments.

Proficiency with PLC software (Siemens STEP 7 / TIA Portal or Rockwell Studio 5000), CMMS, and MS Office is required, with desirable safety and diagnostic certifications.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of PLC programming software (Siemens STEP 7 / TIA Portal or Rockwell Studio 5000) and drive configuration software.
• Ability to use CMMS for work orders and parts; proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Desirable certifications for power tools and safety training after hire: NFPA 70E, infrared thermography, PLC/drive/robot training.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inventories, stores, and issues hand-tools, machine tools, materials, and equipment; maintains records.
• Maintains up-to-date spares list and inventory; provides reports on request.
• Maintains inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and maintenance records across departments.
• Supports procurement: reviews PO requisitions for accuracy and aids in price negotiations.
• Coordinates material requirements with planning, stores, engineering, and production.
• Assists with maintenance work orders in CAM and records crew labor hours timely.
