Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking an organized MRO Attendant to support maintenance and manufacturing by managing inventory, coordinating supplies, and keeping facilities running efficiently.

The role involves receiving, inspecting, stocking, and distributing parts, maintaining accurate records, and performing cycle counts. A high school diploma is required, with preference for experience in warehousing, inventory control, and maintenance support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, inventory control, warehousing, maintenance support, or related environment preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn inventory and maintenance software systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing business needs.
• Basic understanding of industrial equipment, maintenance parts, tools, or mechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of maintenance parts, tools, consumables, and operating supplies used in our facilities.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and distribute materials to maintenance and production personnel.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized maintenance and inventory management systems.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of critical components and supplies.
• Support maintenance teams by locating parts for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Work with suppliers to ensure on-time arrivals and accuracy of materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized storeroom and contribute to continuous improvement.
