Job summary

IFF is seeking an MRO Inventory Coordinator to manage the spare parts program across facilities. You will oversee stock levels, vendor interfaces, and data integrity in the inventory system, ensuring timely availability for maintenance and repairs.

In this role you will collaborate with engineering, operations, and sourcing teams, maintain BOMs for equipment, and lead cycle counts and audits while adhering to ISO quality standards. Strong SAP or inventory software experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with spare parts inventory systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software.
• Experience with SAP or inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper quantity and selection of spare parts and materials for repairs.
• Maintain spare parts warehouses for availability and issuing parts.
• Input purchases and receipts into spare parts inventory systems.
• Coordinate with Sourcing on specs, cost, and lead times.
• Work with service center to process vendor payments and POs.
• Facilitate spare part logistics as needed.
• Perform physical inventories and cycle counts for accuracy.
• Update BOMs and inventory master data for new equipment.
