Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems in Schofield, WI is seeking an organized MRO Attendant to support maintenance and production by managing inventory, receiving and distributing materials, and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, inventory control, warehousing, or maintenance support preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn inventory software.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of maintenance parts, tools, consumables, and supplies across facilities.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and distribute materials to maintenance and production staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems.
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of critical components.
• Support maintenance teams by locating parts for equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery.
• Keep storeroom clean, organized, and efficient.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
