Job summary

Cytiva in Pensacola, FL is seeking a MRO Inventory Control/Buyer to manage supplier relationships, oversee PO and maintenance parts, and transition inventory into the CMMS MVPOne, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and reliable parts availability.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager within the Maintenance Department, this on-site role builds a robust parts program, supports demand changes, and helps maintain equipment BOMs while using SAP for inventory control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years experience in MRO/inventory control or purchasing.
• Experience managing parts inventory and using a CMMS (e.g., SAP).

Responsibilities

• Work with suppliers on ordering, demand, delivery time changes, issue resolution, and backorder follow-ups for the maintenance team.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure continuity of parts with quality, service, and price standards.
• Transition existing inventory into a CMMS (MVPOne) and develop/maintain the parts/services program including equipment BOMs.
